What if No Availability?

I am stressing!! We haven't closed yet on our first DVC (payment & signed docs already in though) and already booked airfare for Oct. 29th to Nov. 6th!! So now I am freaking thinking that I might not get a DVC!!

I don't think that would be a really crowded time so hopefully you'll be OK. Please let us know how you make out and if you get the location you'd prefer!

Actually, that is a difficult time to get DVC reservations (even though the parks may not be all that crowded). The New Jersey Teachers' Convention is November 5-6 this year. Many NJ DVC members (and there are a lot of them) take their children out of school for the entire week to visit WDW. The DVC resorts fill relatively quickly for that week after the 7 month window opens.

Kelblum - You will probably have to waitlist for at least some of your nights. Choose your waitlists carefully - you are only allowed to have two waitlists active at any one time and make a back up plan since you already have the air reservations. Good luck!
