Yes. Last year it rained a little just at the start/ just before it started on the day we went. WDW does not close for rain storms, IF it did the park would be closed more than open. WDW closes those attractions that could be hazardous in a rain/ thunderstorm. which generally means most of the outdoor attractions. They may cancel the fireworks or the parade if it is raining too much the night you go

Let's see - last year when we went - we went to CP around 5 for dinner, parked the stroller outside and it POURED for about 1/2 an hour while we were eating - our stroller was soaked....but the rain stopped by the time we were finished and the party went on!
