What if it all doesn't fit?

I'm trying to imagine myself carrying a tray at a CS meal with an appetizer , main course ,drink and desert all at one time.( plus my three kids too ). Hubby will be looking after HIMSELF ONLY. ( Isn't that the way).
My question is can you get your appetizer , and main course , and then go back after your done for the desert, and a coffee or drink or must they all be purchased at the same time.Any imput would be much appreciated. We are new to the DDP and want to make sure we make the most of it. Thanks!

CS doesn't include an appetizer. Includes an entree, drink, and dessert. Some of the places allow you to come back for your dessert. Two places we did this, several hours later, were Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach.

TS does include appetizer.

Thanks... Not sure where I got the info on an appetizer for CS. Have you ever saved your desert for another place... Say TS meal at your resort and desert at another restaurant . Or is that oop? Probably too difficult to keep track of. My DH and I don't usually eat desert and thought we could save it for an extra ice cream for the kids later on.

you can't get use TS credit at one restaurant and then get the dessert at another place. If you wanted to get an ice cream bar later on, you'll have to use a snack credit for that.

If you're using a TS credit at one restaurant, then you're allowed appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. If you don't do dessert, ask if you could have your dessert to go. Some places will let you, some places won't.

Some people (me included) have given their desserts away - giving it to another table who aren't on the DDP. You have the option to do that.

How nice of you to give your desert away. My kids would love to sit next to your family... We have always payed out of pocket. I think the DDP looks like a good deal..
