That website says nothing about same-day appointments or one-time appointments etc. And it says that he's an expert witness, which means he'll NEVER just see you on a quick get-you-adjusted visit without jumping through all the hoops.
I once got SUPER-sick while in Orlando, and tried for a week to get in to see someone. I was unsuccessful. The one guy who DID mention services for tourists/visitors on his website didn't have an opening for 1.5 weeks. While I was still going to be in town then, that didn't help me through the beginning of my illness! It was very irritating. Part of that trip was to Daytona, and my cousin happened to be seeing a chiro at the time, and she begged to let me go in. And I only got in because I used to be a chiro, and she did some sort of industry special with me. But the appointment took 5 hours because I had to jump through the hoops (that chiros NEVER do for friends and family). And then it turns out she does Gonstead, which I personally don't prefer though I have nothing totally against it.
Googling around, honestly, I'd probably try Nightlight Chiropractic. They seem to have fewer hoops to jump through. Though they are in downtown, not Celebration.
If you find someone, I might call in advance and see what you can do to get in quick. Maybe have your basic records in hand, or make sure you go during a time that your chiro back home is in the office so a phone call can be made?
I'd even look into the training/licensing regulations in Florida.
FL is insanely OVER-regulated and difficult to get into for chiros. Though because of that they end up with all the "car accident" types of chiros, because it ends up being so medicalized there.
Honestly OP I would rather find an acupuncturist vs a chiro while in Orlando. They seem to be easier to get in to see, and can help in their own way.
