What if a restaurant doesn't have a "kids' menu"

We've done the DDP before but not with a child in tow. We will have our 3-year-old. I've noticed some counter-service places don't have a kid's menu, does that mean a kid can't use DDP there?

I think if there is no keds' menu, kids can order from the general one. I think the DDP brochure states that kids must order from the kids' menu if available.

I browsed some CS menus, and I noticed that some of the small CS kiosks and stands offer hot dogs, pizza, etc, with no kids' options. I would guess you could just order them the basic hot dog or pizza with no problem.. Most of these places are pretty inexpensive (for Disney) anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem.
