my pj was outrageously long. since it was the one thing that really helped me organize my thoughts, feelings, pics etc. i didn't want it to fade into internet oblivion, so i converted it to a word file (175 pages long mind you) and left it until last week...i was going to print it out on my own, or make a blurb book, or scrap it, but didn't want to spend that much money and it was entirely too long for me to deal with.

i went online to kinkos.com and did a print order, had it coil bound with clear vinyl covers and it was dirt cheap. i have a discount card because i own my own business, but without the discount, it still would have been less than $30. i printed both my tr and pj for that price and now i'll have them forever!

Fabulous! I have been wondering what to do with mine for the very same reasons - now I know! :thumbsup2

i print stuff through them for the restaurant all the time. it is the easiest thing to do ever. i love kinkos!

What a great idea, Caryn! Quick question, I tried converting mine, but had to do it page by page. Did you come up with a better solution?

Great Idea!
I dont know If mine will be very long, but it's still a great way to remember your thoughts and feelings when you wrote them down!
I'll keep it in mind ;)

Can you give us the directions for how to do this? It sounds like a fantastic idea! Thanks!

Caryn you are so creative! I was thinking of doing something with mine as well when I am finally finished in about 2 years :lmao: so that is a great idea! Can you tell us how you converted it into Word?? :teacher:

Thanks!!

the only way i could figure out how to convert it in word was copy/paste. it was a lot of time consuming work, but worth it!

Did your pictures work with the copy/paste method??

i printed every single thing from my pj, but not for the tr. i got lazy...

i had to save the pics on my comp and then add them to the word file, that took a lot of time.

i printed the book in black and white, so it's not like the pics came out that great, but whatever. i have all those pictures in albums anyway!

Wow Caryn that is a great idea! I like that! I think I may have to steal that idea!! ;)
