I’d have to say myself. It seems ever since I got married over 40 years ago and then pregnant 4 months later I’ve done nothing but take care of other people. From my husband, our son, other people’s kids, my parents, our grandchildren. It’s always been about other people before myself.

We got some triplet action going on lol.

Today is my bday and this is the year that is going to be all about ME. I started a new job that I’m enjoying and feel appreciated.
I told my dd it’s time to get her life in order because I have taken care of everyone for a long time except myself and now it’s my time.

Probably the hardest was caring for my mother at home so she didn’t have to go into a nursing home. She was worth it, though.

So many things—sleep, time to myself, money, heck even my body—still have the stretch marks and my bladder hasn’t been the same since baby #3. Most of the time I think they were worth it though
