What did I eat:
I had LUNA bar for breaKfast and 8 oz of nice Ginger Peach Apricot Black Tea. Had organic oats with banana and yogurt and 1 bottle of water for lunch. Had an apple around 3Pm for snack on my way to work. Had a nice serving of brown rice with 2 chicken thighs that was cooked/simmered in 5 spice, a lil vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce and 2 tsp milk. with 8 oz of white iced tea!

I knew of someone who at 32 had surgery for the quad bypass and had a stroke on the table and died 4 weeks ago.. she was my height my weight and 3 years younger... so after that I started this "change of lifestyle"eating habot.. I just hope I can hang on to it and it is not to late for any disease to be brewing in my system![]()
