What happens with DVC points if denied boarding due to +ve test at port?

We're due to cruise in January and we're getting more and more concerned about whether we'll make it to the US, let alone the ship with the rise in cases currently.

Should one of us test positive at the port and be denied boarding, I'm aware that people are being given FCC in this scenario, but we've paid for our concierge room with DVC points - what would happen in that scenario please?

We've accepted that if we can't fly to the US, then we'll lose the points, but not sure about if denied boarding.

Thank you

Our experience with DVC points and canceled cruises (2 staterooms Sept 2020) included the full refund or the 125% towards rebooking (that story follows). We took the 125% and rebooked for Jan 2021: CANCELED by DCL. Rebooked for May 2021 with the original Sept 2020 125% points: CANCELED by DCL. Rebooked for July 2022: so far so good, BUT .........

The July 2022 cruise only used a portion of the 125%, and unlike CA$H (for onboard credit) the unused 125% points went to Reservation Points - which can only be used in the Disney Hotel system (not DVC villas). We live in New Mexico and only visit the parks when we have a cruise. Luckily, my DH's son lives in the Orlando area and has chipped away the Reservation points over the year. Still have 96 points to use up within this (Sept 2021) use year (August 31, 2022).

It's been a pain in the butt with DVC points, cancellations, and these Reservation Points. Never again with DVC points, we have a cruise in May and using CA$H.
