What happens to Points?

Hello DIS!!!!!
Please help: I'd like to make a reservation for this October. I will use points from my current use year (April UY). If I cancel, can I bank the points (I have until November)? Or, if not, how long will I have to use them?

If you cancel, the points would still be bankable if you cancel at least 31 days before,

Or, if DVC continues to waive the holding penalty, you might be able to cancel less than that and still bank.

They can put that penalty back at any time so keep that in mind.

March 31. If they go to holding a booking can only be made within 60 days of check in, as sell.
