What happens to points awarded if you make a return?

I ordered something thru bluefly at Blink and received something like 25,000 pts., but it was for my dh and he hates it. If I return it, will I lose those points?

Bumping this back up to let everyone know that I did return the bluefly shirt and got an email from them saying that it was received and that my cc was refunded. It's been more than two weeks now since and I still have all bonus points at blink. I guess there is no way for them to keep up with returns.
