What happens if payment is stopped to DVC. I am aware of foreclosure but what does this entail.As only initial deposit has been paid and outside grace period. Will it affect entry to USA in the future?

IF you have not settled yet then it is not a forclosure, it is a failure to exicute the purchase contract. If you have not settled yet then I would call DVC and see if they will cancel the contract for a fee, they do not want the hassle of doing all the deed work for nothing.

The grace period starts from the later of the date you sign the contract or you receive all required documents, esp the POS.
