one idea that may be helpful is to ask the driver which stop he/she knows is good, as long as it's not Goodings prices will be pretty close among the various grocers. At least this way if you are a few minutes past the 1/2 hour at least it was due to their suggestion. Actually, we have done this the past few trips and the driver on our last trip handed us a grocers card to use for the in-store discounts, he loaded our groceries in and out of the towncar...now THAT'S when MY vacation started!We use Cartier, but many co's are just as helpful. Remenber, they have other guests to transport, so if you are over the time limit it is costing them $...we also split up , DH takes his list(beer,chips,snacks
) and I get the produce/dairy/kid stuff. It works out well.
