What Happens if your documents...

... don't arrive in time ??

Anyone not receive the cruise documents before leaving home – we will be leaving for our vacation one week before our cruise and I am worried that our documentation will not arrive in Australia before we leave. What would happen if we don’t receive our cruise documents? Has this happened to anyone?

Not to worry. If you do not have your documents in hand before you leave, when you enter the terminal there will be a half-moon shapd desk. The folks there will provide you with all the documents you need and will assist you in filling them out.

Thats right: dont worry. We never have documents as our cruises are booked by our daughter (CM). All is sorted out at the Cruise Terminal. Just phone ahead to check all is in order before journey. Nat

Hi we have booked with all seas travel and Sandie our T.A. has told us to just let her know where we will be staying before we cruise and she will have the Docs sent there.
As we are flying out the day before our cruise , and the Docs apparantly are sent out 2/3 weeks before there could be a problem that we would'nt recieve them in time, so they wil be sent to our hotel reception and hopefully will be there to pick up when we check in .
