What happens if you leave your GAD ticket at home?

What happens if you leave your GAD vouchers at home in a different state but didn't realize that said vouchers were not with you until you arrived in Florida? My DS, DIL, and GS did such a thing and had planned on using those vouchers tomorrow. Yikes!!

Can I fax them the vouchers? Is there a code on the voucherI can give them? They did register for the day they wanted to use the GAD ticket..is there some way they can go to guest relations or guest ticket agent and still be okay?

People have previously reported on this forum that CSRs can look up your information even if you don't have the voucher in hand -- the voucher just makes it easier for them. So I think that if your DS, DIL, and GS have their IDs with them (birth certificate copy for a child) they will be okay if they explain the situation to the CSR. I hope others will chime in on this since I'm not a very regular reader of the board, but since nobody had answered yet, I thought I'd jump in.

if the bar code has a number on it, that would help them, as stated if they have their ID that should work also, as that is something you need to redeem them also.

faxing would work if needed, but dont know what number to tell you to fax it to. Basically, with ID I'm sure WDW can work thru it!

I actually left my voucher in the room a couple weeks ago when I went over to Epcot to get my ticket/upgrade to AP. I just showed my ID, which matched the info registered under GAD, and it took about 20 extra seconds.

Thank you to all of you for your answers. I thought also that because they registered for the day, that there has to be some record. Thanks a bunch.

What I did, while I waited for a response is I went to their house and got all their papers. They had the hotel they are staying at right on the top. I called that hotel, got their fax number, and sent to the hotel the hotel confirmation number and information (for tonight) plus my son's, dil's, and grandson's GAD vouchers (with the code bars), then called my son AND finally called back the hotel personnel to confirm fax was received. All is good. They will have all this tonight when they check-in. (any moment as it turns out)
