do they (tm's) make you just exit right there? what exactly do they do to you?

Depends on who pulls you and why. If its security, youve probably done something wrong, and youll either be warned or ejected from the park.(depends on the infraction)If its a TM, they could have a different reason such as info for you as in something missing, that was found, or something that may have been taken (stolen) and someone needs more info etc.Could also be a tour that the guide left for a few and came back to.There could be any number of reasons for some one or multiple someones to be pulled.

He's talking about people getting pulled from the line who they think are too big to ride the new Harry Potter ride.

Yes, obviously...

But what could they do?? :goodvibes

They ask you to sit down in a test seat to figure it it "clicks" 3 times (what it should if you want to ride)

If you´re ok, you´re good to go :-)

Nothing more! :thumbsup2

someone mind showing me where the op says a specific ride?

You have to take it in context over what the entire rest of the forum is talking about. There's nothing else the OP could mean by that.

Sorry for not being specific with the original post. I did mean Forbidden Journey as the ride in question , as that seems to be the hot topic right now . Getting pulled from the other attractions/rides really dont seem to be happening at this time.

It's nothing, really. They just direct you to either the child swap area or an exit. They handle it pretty well as far as the location.

No offense but just because there are many posts on a specific ride, that doesn't mean all the posts will be on that ride. It turns out that his was, but there is nothing in the original post stating it. There are many other things OP could have meant, just as tuck1 had stated. :confused3

Thats ok. First thing I was taught was never assume anything as it generally makes an a** out of you and me, or assumption is the mother of all foul ups.

I was at US this weekend and the weekend before, and saw several people that TMs intercepted for a few things. Mostly ranging on size, as the kids seemed to small for the rides,(watched 1 parent argue over the fact that there kid was too small for the motion side of JN and the TM wouldnt budge on it) and a few at MIB for having some type of backpack or carry on.Also saw security escorting 2 kids with bikes thru the terminal coming from the bus parking area. Its still happeneing on the other rides as well. I over heard a conversation at GS a few weeks ago, from a person with a artificial leg that had issues with a TM that refused them a ride on RRR because he wouldnt remove it.That was not a fun conversation to be near.

In the end, the answers still the same, as it depends on who pulls you and why.If a TM grabs you, theres any number of reasons. If they think you are the wrong size, theyll size you for the ride at somepoint, either in front of the ride, in line,(in the case of a child that may have slipped past the person with the height stick) or in private. If you fail the test, youll be escorted to a waiting point.
If security grabs you, like the 2 kids with bikes, chances are you have some explaining to do.

Thank You.

again, I am NOT worried about ANY security issue, it is just a bit of concern about the chubby size riders being pulled from the line,as they will not get onto FJ.

DH And I are hoping we both will be able to enjoy it, but if we are a "No fit" then , at least we get to tour the wonderful castle :)

we will accept it and move on to enjoy the rest of the day and trip:wizard:

Sorry if this has been answered on other posts in the forum but what is the weight requirement, if any???

Explain to me in what other context you'd be taken out of line? That's not a thing. I don't get what else they could possibly have meant by being taken out of line. Why would you be taken out of line on any other ride?

Cutting?

Unruly behavior?

That's what I thought the OP was talking about.

But this has been said (sillysassy is the OP):

Thank you, Lou , as you knew exactly what I meant. :)

DH and I are too big to ride FJ and we both know it but can we still get to see the castle even if we aren't able to ride. I don't want us to go through the embarassment of being asked to leave b/c we're Shrek sized.

Absolutely! You can walk right through, enjoy the queue and see all the pre-show, and simply walk out into the gift shop.

It's set up so people can easily do that, since kids who are too short and people who can't ride for other reasons (like motion sickness or bad backs or being pregnant or too heavy or too tall or any of a million other reasons), will all still want to see the castle.

Thank you I was wondering myself. So if you don't want to ride/can't ride, then you basically just exit into the gift shop and only miss the ride and the ride loading. Is that correct?
