what happens if you forget on the day the $ is due?

this is a hypothetical question - what happens if you put a $200 deposit down with Disney (directly) for a package (room and 1 day base tix and DDP) and you "forget" to pay final payment on the day it's due (45 days prior). Do they call and remind you? Do you lose the $200? do they refund the $200?

No they send you a reminder letter. They do cancel the reservation at the 30 day mark if it isn't pd for and you lose the $200 deposit. Which you may lose anyway. Because you would be inside of the 45 day mark.

PP is right. I forgot to pay for my upcoming trip at the 45 day mark because we had only booked it a couple weeks prior to the 45 days. They sent me an email reminder. I paid right away after that though. Didn't want to risk losing my room

sent my mom a reminder by mail last year. We were surprised not to get one by email but did give her a little more time to get it in.
