What happens if you do not make it to your reservation?

If you did not have to give your credit card number you cannot and will not be charged for being a no-show. However you really should call to cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it just to be courteous to the rest of us who may want to eat there.

I just got off the phone with a CM at Dining about this issue. Our incoming flight has been pushed back by 3 hours. We had dining reservations for 5:30 at 1900 Park Fare. Our plane isn't scheduled to land until after 4. I wanted to know what would happen if we didn't make it in time for our ADR. I specifically asked about the no-show policy. I asked if I would be charged if we didn't show. The CM told me that this isn't one of the resturaunts that will charge if you don't make it.

Hope this helps you.

I had to use a cc to secure my ADR's at Akershus, Mama Melrose Fantasmic and Hoop-Dee-doo revue. I have 24 hours to cancel Akers and Mama and 48 hours for HDDR. I also had to secure the BBB appointment with a cc.

You won't be charged. Due to certain circumstances we missed several of our ADR's last year and were never charged. :confused3

I have dinner reservations for my upcoming Land and Sea trip in Nov. We are eating at the Castle, and that is prepaid, so I assume it can't be cancelled (We do not want to cancel it). I was wondering if, by some chance, we missed a dinner reservation what would happen (we are not planning on skipping any). Do they charge you?

Thanks!!!!

The Disney police hunt you down, and they put you in the stocks over in Liberty Square.;)

Any of the restaurants that take a credit card when you make a reservation will not give you a refund if you miss your meal. Depending on the restaurant it may be a nominal fee, or the full cost of the meal.

Disney is clear about their cancellation policy, when they charge and when they don't, when you make your reservations.

The only reservations that they charge for if you don't cancel are ones that you give a CC to hold.

They may leave that wording up about the cancellation fee (I seem to remember it from researching my 2007/2008 trips) just to encourage everyone to do the right thing and cancel. However, they were VERY clear when I made reservations for Mama Melrose's FDP (2x) and Victoria & Albert's - "If you don't cancel before 24 hours you'll be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per person" They never mentioned that to me with my other reservations.
