What happens if I don't cancel my ADRs?

Please forgive me, I am new to Disney vacation planning. I am just plain confused....

When I originally planned our trip, I booked our ADRs. After some thinking - and subscribing to tourguidemike.com, we changed which parks we would visit each day then I booked additional ADRs.

I phone Disney and cancelled a few ADRs and kept some - while we decide which is best.

I tried to find a place on Disney.com where I can log into my account and get a quick look at everything I have booked - from what the Disney CSR said, there isn't a way for me to look at all reservations at once - can just pull them up individually.

Two questions:

1. Anyone had any luck finding their ADRs in one place on Disney.com?

2. When do I have to cancel my ADRs and what happens if I don't?

TIA for help!

The ADRs have to be pulled up individually by each separate confirmation number.

Out of courtesy to other guests who are trying to get ADRs you should be kind enough to cancel your reservations as soon as you know that you aren't going to use them. Technically if you don't cancel nothing will happen unless it is a restaurant that requires a credit card at the time of booking. In that case your credit card would be charge in full for the reservation if you didn't show up for it.

Thanks - very helpful. I will definitely cancel well in advance and, now that I know I can let others know on DISboards, I will post a note.

If it's a CC hold reservation, make sure cancel BEFORE the 2 day cancelation period. Don't do it 2 days before, do it THREE days before. And I think you will have to CALL to cancel. Unlike an non-CC ADR where you can cancel online.

I made the mistake of thinking it meant 48 hours. I was busy with last minute planning and before I went to bed at 3 days before my ADR, I tried to cancel online. The system told me I had to call. So I did. But it was 10:40 PM and the dining phone center closes at 10 PM. I called first thing the next AM and the system was down and was told to call back in 30 minutes. I called at 7:30 AM and was able to get through, but was told that I would automatically be charged $10 per person since I was within the 2 day window.

I was able to get the fee waived when I asked for a supervisor. But really, add a day of cushion to save yourself the hassle.

you can pull reservations up 3 at a time on the disney website. Just click the link to retrieve multiple reservations and it lets you put in three confirmation numbers

That is incorrect. You can pull up more than three. I don't know if there is a limit but my current list is 6 and I have pulled them all up. I then sent them to my e-mail address. It is a pain to imput each confirmation number and the telephone number each time but it can be done.

I was able to pull up all my current and cancelled reservations and print them out all together (I made lots of changes and there was about 20). I found it was very easy to drag and drop the reservation number from the confirmation email.
