What happens If I book now....

...And then a discount code becomes avalible or they drop the rates?
We are thinking of a 2 night stay prior to our cruise in November and I want to get my reservations made.
If a discount becomes avalible can I call and ask them to apply it to my reservation? Does anyone have any experience with this??

call, & if there are still discounts available, they will apply them to your reservation. I've lowered my rates on the same room 2 or 3 times before I arrived.

I am obviously Disney challenged, how do you get discount rates? Are they published? I already have a ressie for 1/30 - 2/3 using the free kids with Visa promotion. Can I apply any futher discounts to this ressie? It's already paid in full. Who do you call and how would you find about these discounted rates.

we made a reservation at the Contemporary last week using the AAA discount rate. Yesterday i was on this board and read that the new codes were out---got on mousesavers.com and saw the new code listed. Called Dis res. up right away. They altered my current reservation, gave me a discount, we saved $500 off our AAA rate which was 10% below rack rate. And the day before i got ressies at Cindy's breakfast with the princessess for my 2 dd---a lucky week for my family.

Yes - grab your ressies as soon as you know where you want to stay. You can always call and apply any available codes - if there is a room available at your resort with this code. They only allow so many rooms with the code, so as soon as you see one, call! I had ressies made for over a year, and called in Dec. when the CTH code came out. It saved us 500 over rack rate.
