What happened to the rent/transfer board?

I have not been on the boards in quite some time, but was looking at a possible transfer of points. So, I was wondering where the board went for renting/transferring?

Since you haven't been on the boards in a while - BE SURE to read the sticky regarding the rules on rent/transfer - they are much different than they were.
For some it is a point of contention - and for like that has been away from the boards in a while, be sure to read the posting requirements.
