What happened to the rent/trade board?

Do I have to have 50 posts to even see it? Or is it no longer a seperate board? I was just looking to have some points transfered for an upcoming trip and I went to peruse the board but I can't find it. I did a search and saw a lot of changes have happened to it, but I didn't find anything to indicate it had closed for good.

As long as you are logged into the DIS you should be able to read and post on the Rent/Trade Board.
