What happened to the pictures?

Recently I purchased a Nikon 7500 Coolpix camera. I have taken a few pictured and have printed them from my CompactFlash card. Now I have taken pictures that I have changed using the Nikon software and stored those picture on a Memorex CD-RW (700 mb 4X) compact Disc. I tool this disc to the store to print the pictures and when I tried to load he disc it said 1 file with 0 images. The pictures are still on the disc…what did do wrong? (I saved the images on a JPG file).

If you can see the pictures while you are on your computer, but not anywhere else, it could be that you didn't "finalize" or the like on the CD. I know this happened to my dad and I can't tell you what it would be called with your software (my dad had a totally different term for his than mine). But this is something that will make it so others can read the files, however, you won't be able to make any changes to the CD after you do that. I hope that helps
