They must have left as of October 1st, as we saw them there on Sept. 26th. There was no sign or anything to denote their departure, although they have been there for quite some time. Too bad.....

Hey, you forgot Nova Era at Italy, they were great. I understand there was some sort of dispute between them and the guy that did some of the casting at WDW. I believe it is still bouncing around in court.......

Frank, you're too funny. I'm just very defensive now as many of my favorite shows/attractions have been removed and not replaced over the years (Kristos, Masquerade, Tapestry of Nations/Dreams, Carousel of Progress, etc.).

Carousel of Progress has been open every day this year that I have gone to the MK.

Refresh my memory on Sergio.... the name does not ring a bell.

Sergio is a juggler/comedian/entertainer in Italy. He is fantastic!! He was in Epcot for a while, left and recently came back. It's great to see him back; he's great with the kids.

I just received an e-mail from a friend in FL who confirmed that the Kristos' contract was not renewed. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed; I have a letter sitting on my desk that's being mailed to Walt Disney World today about this.

My kids love Sergio!! Glad to hear he'll still be around.
The thing that completely amazes me is that for all of the various times of year we've been to EPCOT that we've never seen Kristos! This makes me sad.
I hope they have some wonderful things planned for EPCOT's anniversary. TOD parade revival would be a nice start!

Fountainview Cafe closes as a bakery, reopens as a bar (Supposed to be temporary during F&W)

We have always planned our EPCOT days around the Kristos schedule - my 14 year old has been a BIG fan of theirs for years - I sure hated to break the news to her yesterday - we were looking forward to seeing them this coming weekend!

I've been in a state of semi-shock for the last two days. This is NOT the news I wanted to hear; seeing the Kristos was a favorite of mine, and I'm really bummed to hear that they're gone.
