For over 30 years my family has taken photos by the Indian on main street. For my family he was part of the magic. Now it is gone. Any idea what happened to it?

It wasn't there the week of October 14 through 21. There is a statue of an American Indian in Frontierland. The Indian I refer to was on the right side of main street usa. He had a green cover. The Frontierland one has a red one.

I've never noticed the one on Main Street. I have a nice picture of my son, niece and nephew with the one in Frointerland.

I believe the Main St. one was in front of the tobacconist storefront, and as that is no longer there, neither is the statue.

It is a shame because it was being refurbished back in December 2005 and back this past May 2006. Oh well. I had photographs with that Indian from 1973 to 2006 (minus 2005 trip) with my family over the years.

A tour guide mentioned that is was politically incorrect to have it on Main Street. Oh well.

In the year of dreams mine has been crushed.
