What happened to "Mulan"? WHere can I find her?

I hope I don't start a huge "discussion. I was just hoping I could find out where she went and if I can follow her story on another site somewhere. I was one of her many silent followers and supporters and I have wondering about her and the children. Thank you for any help you guys can offer.
