What happened to Italy and Alfredos?

I just booked my upcoming trip and started looking at menus. I saw the Italy restraunt and had questions. For the family style meal - it is $58 per head or per 2 heads?

Alfredo's went out of business, and has been replaced by Tutto Italia.

And the family-style dinner at Tutto Italia appears to be $59 per one head.

I can't wait to dine at Tutto Italia! It has received wonderful reviews and is probably the best deal for a TS credit.
