What happened to Free Dining offer for fall?

I noticed Disney World's website under specials is no longer listing the free dining. It was supposed to allow booking through early July. What happened?

Yeah, I came here to find that out myself. I wonder if they are sold out? It's no longer listed under Special Offers and when I googled Disney World Free Dining 2016, I got a page to come up but it just says this:

• Another offer can be viewed below.

• Booking is currently unavailable. We’re working to restore availability as soon as possible. Please check back later.

All of their booking is down right now. I am trying to book as well and couldn't do it online, so I called and the rep said their system is completely down!
