What happened on Big Pine Drive last night?

Does anyone know what happened on Big Pine Drive last night about 11:00 - 11:30 pm between the 1200 & 1700 loops? We’re backed up to Big Pine & there were several security & other vehicles with flashing lights between us & the 1700 entrance.
