Kid asked the second guy at dad's plant to "break in" their house because Kid was using artifacts from the house to pay for the drugs and he thought his parents were starting to notice the missing things. Second Guy from dad's plant asked the first guy from dad's plant to help him out. The first guy from dad's plant ended up being the father of mom's baby. The first guy from dad's plant killed dad. The second guy from dad's plant ended up killing himself because he had no idea the first guy was going to kill dad. Kid will probably go to jail because he had them break in, even though he didn't plan the murder. Mom wasn't involved in it at all...well, except for having an affair with the murderer. Does that help? It's so many people involved that it's kinda confusing to explain w/o names.
