What Groceries available in WDW

Years ago, I remember seeing a list, of the groceries available on WDW property.
The list may have been somewhere in this discussion group, or on another web site.

Does anyone know where such a list exists.

I have considered wegoshop.com, however we only need a few things, making a $17 delivery charge a significant percent of our grocery cost.

Does anyone know of any place, inside WDW, that sells low fat Lemon yogurt.

I remember the grocery variety being very slim, at the DVC resort. I had a past memory of a better selection at the Fort Wilderness trading post.
I also have a memory of a store in DownTown Disney.

Most gift shops or food courts have some groceries,DVC resorts have more, where are you staying? As far as something specific as lemon lf yogurt...I doubt it(but maybe). I have seen Juices, mini muffins, peanut butter, jelly, cereals, milk, frozen pizza, chips, etc...I would think the provisions place at FW would have a bigger selection...I would ask on the camping board, I am sure someone will have a good list.
