What goes good with pita chips?

Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/hot-artichoke-dip-52359.aspx

1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped (or you can use a bag of frozen artichoke hearts if you prefer
1 cup of mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (I sometimes use Parmesan/Romano blend)
A couple of shakes of garlic powder or granulated garlic, or a clove of minced garlic
(optional addition - A few good sprinkles of your favorite hot sauce, sriracha sauce, or a few dashes of cayenne pepper)

Heat oven to 350º

Blend all ingredients together and place in a baking dish (I usually use a pie plate to maximize the browned surface)

Sprinkle top with additional cheese

Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until top is golden brown

I know you said besides hummus, but have you tried the sweet hummus varieties? We had the dark chocolate last weekend and MAN it's good. Definitely something different.

I don't care for hummus. I don't know how well hummus will be liked, I don't think the crowd will like it. A dip, spread or salsa might be more enjoyed

What doesn't go good with pita chips?

In addition to what was mentioned above I think the last thing we threw on pita chips was cold cured salmon with dill and cream cheese. Can turn them into nachos. Avocado and shredded turkey or chicken. Because they are the thing we used to introduce new food to my eldest daughter I remember putting my Mom's maple sweet potatoes on pita chips one Thanksgiving. It was actually pretty good.
