Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/hot-artichoke-dip-52359.aspx
1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped (or you can use a bag of frozen artichoke hearts if you prefer
1 cup of mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (I sometimes use Parmesan/Romano blend)
A couple of shakes of garlic powder or granulated garlic, or a clove of minced garlic
(optional addition - A few good sprinkles of your favorite hot sauce, sriracha sauce, or a few dashes of cayenne pepper)
Heat oven to 350º
Blend all ingredients together and place in a baking dish (I usually use a pie plate to maximize the browned surface)
Sprinkle top with additional cheese
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until top is golden brown
