The Poly, or AKL would be the only places that would interest us. We like the hotels that lend themselves to heavier theming.

We already own at OKW and BWV, but I would immediately buy at AKL and would seriously consider Contemporary and Poly.

Being from California as I am, I would like to see something in Hawaii. I would likely buy an add on for it as it would be popular and use my other points to extend my stay when possible at 7 months.
As for a DVC at Disneyland I would not buy an add on as I don't think anything done there would have anything close to the Resort feeling of the Florida DVC locations so I would only visit for a few days anyway. It would be nice to be able to use points at a resonable rate for a few nights at a Disneyland DVC but since Weekend point costs will be high it probably won't turn out to be worth it.

I initially thought I would add on there if I had the option - well that is until I stayed at AKL. So.... my vote would be AKL.

I would love to stay at a Poly DVC, but wouldn't necessarily buy there. But I would buy into a DVC at the AKL. If this ever does happen, by any chance, I hope they wait until my SSR points are paid off so I could afford the AKL points

Let it be in California! (Okay, I can see from this poll that isn't likely, but I can dream!)

California is driving distance for us. We'd go at least two or three times per year in a 2-bedroom. (We'd probably need to add about 400-500 points.)

It's driving distance for my brother's family (from Las Vegas); they'd immediately buy in and go every time we did.

It's driving distance for all 5 of DH's siblings; they and their families would immediately buy in just like us.

It's driving distance for DH's parents; they'd immediately buy in and go...oh, I don't know...they might want to live there full time so they could see their grandkids (what with all of us vacationing there all the time!)

Ah well...for the forseeable future, I imagine we're going to have to keep looking for cheap flights for the eight of us to Florida from Salt Lake.

I'm quite pleased with our OKW ownership so we wouldn't be buying into any of the resorts listed on the poll even if they did become available.

I voted other because I know we would definitely enjoy a resort with a very elaborate pool or water park as the main attraction. A resort where each of the villas had an assigned private cabana. The resort would need a pool themed well beyond the quality of SAB to get us to buy there.

My fantasy resort would be OKW size villas at a resort with Typhoon Lagoon type water park and pool theming. Each of the villas would have a private patio large enough for an outdoor gas grill, table and deck chairs. Required would be a private cabana located near the villa dedicated to our use only offering features such as steps leading directly into Castaway Creek.

I suspect demand for such a resort would be very limited. Nevertheless, we might very well decide to sell all of our OKW points and purchase enough of an interest there to spend 4 months or so in a one bedroom villa every year.

Any DVC with a monorail. We still have time to wait until the kids get older but it would be nice to let them go without giving them a car or take the bus.

Most definitely AKL! There must be savannah view villas available, however. I probably would not buy points there if all of the villas were off to the side of the property somewhere with no way to view animals from the balcony of any of the villas.

I know a lot of people on the boards are enthusiastic about VCR but that doesn't interest me in the slightest. I've never had any interest in staying at the CR and I certainly wouldn't buy points at VCR if it happens. I just can't get excited about staying inside something that looks like a big hunk of cement, even if it is on the monorail.

Please, Disney, if you're reading this give us the Villas at AKL, with savannah views and make it quick! I want to buy more points and I want to buy them at AKL!!!
