I'm wondering what activities are specific to only one ship.
I recently got of the Magic, where I found out about Canvas and Cocktails. It's an adult only activity where you get 3 cocktails and get to paint a Beauty and the Beast inspired picture. It is only offered on the Magic on some sea days.

What are some other things that you can only do on one ship and not the others?

Exclusive to Fantasy is Be Our Chef. A limited group gets to cook in Palo, then enjoy a meal. It is 279$ per guest and is usually all booked up by Concierge guests.

I've been following The Magic Summer 2019 season in Europe Personal Navigators and this is what I have found out

The Eastbound Transatlantic and the Mediterranean routes had a Pirates In The Caribbean Deck Party. During the Pirates day the following activities happened
  1. Pirate Menu in MDR
  2. Alcoholic Drink of the Day = Sunken Treasure
  3. Non Alcohol Drink of the Day = Parrot Song
  4. Pirate Crafts
  5. Pirate Face Painting
  6. Pirate Trivia
  7. A Pirates Life For Me
  8. Jack Sparrow and Captain Hook Meet and Greet
  9. Pirates of The Caribbean Curse of The Black Pearl Funnel Vision
The Re-positioning route from the Mediterranean to Northern Europe and all the Northern Europe routes had a Frozen Deck Party. During the Frozen day the following activities happened.
  1. Anna’s Chocolate Chase
  2. Frozen Phrases
  3. Frozen Menu in MDR
  4. Animation Olaf
  5. Frozen Fun Night
  6. Frozen Funnel Vision
  7. Club Frozen The After Party
Specific to The Magic ship is Rapunzel’s Royal Table Restaurant and Tangled: The Musical.
On cruises longer than 5 days Rapunzel’s Royal Table Restaurant has 2 different menus, Thug and Lantern, each with its own show during dinner service.

On cruises up to 5 days Rapunzel’s Royal Table Restaurant just has Lantern menu.
When Tangled: The Musical was the main entertainment the following actives happened
  1. Spot A Thug
  2. Crafts Lantern Making
  3. Crafts 3D Tangled Crafts
  4. Snuggly Duckling Takeover in O'Gills

Is that something you pay for? Or is it free?
Pay for. I think it's $50 for the Canvas and Cocktails on the Magic? It's for age 21 and over. DD18 would have been interested in the painting part, so I didn't look into it further once I saw the age restriction.

Only the Fantasy has the AquaLab. Located on Deck 12 behind the AquaDuck entrance, it is a kid's water playground.

The Magic and Wonder have AquaLabs also, although not in the same location as the Fantasy.

SamFaniam, you are correct. The AquaLab is on deck 9 of Wonder and Magic, by the Nephews's Splash Zone / Dory's Reef

Boy, did I miss up this thread.:(

How about this for a poor attempt of recovery: The Dream is the only Disney ship without AquaLab.

Potential for a thread, what 3 out of 4 ships have?🤨
