I am so glad I found this thread as well! I am my sister's maid of honor next month and my wedding is next year and I've decided that enough is enough. Once I get going with exercising and eating well I do great (it's getting started that's hard,) but my arms are always a problem. Any time I do the exercises listed previously, it works my arms and shoulders well, but not the lower part of my upper arms (the name escapes me- too much sun today
) I tried doing the thing where you stand in front of a bed or bench and face away from it, bend your knees, put your hands on the bench and then do squats/pushups. Am I right that this exercise works out the teacher flab? Thanks!
