I'm not the most athletic or in shape person, and I haven't gone to a gym or exercised in years (not fat, but would love to tone.. off topic) lol
But, yesterday at work, I was cleaning up our mens dress shirt area... it required a lot of bending, stooping and repetitive motion like that... Like.. SQUATS..
OMG... today??? My upper thighs are in soo much pain I look like an idiot trying to walk the stairs of my house... Add that on top of being sick and having slight body aches and pregnant belly to it... I"m a mess.. LMAO

So....Squats are NOT my thing....have always hated em... lol

I do Flex breathing. It's basically holding different yoga poses while do a breathing exercise. It isn't jumping around and it only takes 15-20 minutes but it's a workout!

I do step class, and Body Pump-which is a class that you put weights on a bar and do different lifts. But when the instructor decides we need a jog around the room, I'm the person that gets lapped. I hate running and jogging. Plus it isn't a very pretty site.

I remember last spring when I started exercising again-I thought I wanted to die, but I realize I am getting stronger. It only took 6 months.

about 3 yrs ago I wanted to take up jogging, so I got a treadmill and built up my stamina (I've always hated running, and have weak knees).. well...on the treadmill, I got up to 2 miles and was doin well.... so one day figured I'd run to the end of my dirt road and back.. couldn't be more than half mile round trip. Yeah, it's down hill and up hill back, and rocky...but I'd been working out..

OMG....I wanted to die!!!!!!! Bye the time I got to the top of my driveway I couldnt' hardly breathe and coulda swore I was going to throw up... I had to sit down and stop my head from throbbing...

Treadmill and actually terrain are VERY different....LMAO

I hate any exercise that works the triceps!!! Mine are so weak and they never seem to get strong. I also take a Body Pump class and everytime it comes to those, I'll admit, I go light on the weight because I can never make it through the whole set, especially when he have to do tricep dips :worship:

Anything that requires me to arch my lower back. I get painful muscle spasms if I do.

Tennis is my worst enemy. My first and last time playing was such a run around work out, I made myself sick and almost passed out. I bet if I did it everyday I'd be in great shape though.

My worst is push ups. I have horrible wrists and they hurt like crazy when I do these.

I hate the spinning (cycling) classes. I took a few classes and hated it.

My favorite is aqua aerobics, LOL. It would be better with a drink with an unbrella!

Running and mountain climbers. I am not a runner, I'm too slow. Interestingly enough, both gym teachers and physcial therapists wondered in I ran. When I ask why, apparently I have great feet for running.

I had my knee replaced last October (at the ripe old age of 14) and did aquatics. It evened out to about 45 minutes 2-3 times a week. Holy fudge! I haven't been that sore in a LONG time!
