The title says it all. I am looking for something to add to what I already do for some variety.
Right now I am doing Walk Away the Pounds. I have 1, 2, 3 miles with the weights; 1, 2, 3 mile with the ab belt; 1, 2 mile with stretchy bands and then also have her walk and kick DVD & one that came with her book.
So what are you doing?
