What exactly is the "It all started with Walt" pin event?

Is this new? I just noticed it as an event on the Disboards announcements box. It is supposed to be in the World Showplace, and costs 90 bucks. What is it? And what are the differences between the two days that you pay to get in and the one public day?

Since the event already started, I would go over to Epcot World Showplace on Sunday for the public event ( free admission). It is lots of fun. There will be over 1000 pin traders milling around, and there are trading tables in the back of the convention center (World Showplace) and you can trade with CM's or other pin traders.

So on the first two days, you pay $90 for an opportunity to trade pins!!! What? That seems outrageous, and the description didn't imply any other perks for attending. It seems like a no brainer to go on the public day, not that I'll be in Florida when it's open.
