What exactly is the "concierge" at AKV

We're looking to buy in AKV soon--was looking at planning a future vacation already!! What exactly does the "concierge" upgrade give you? Is it an all day food and drink thing? Can someone please explain this and also is it worth it? Is everyone staying with you in the rooms included in the room point price? Thanks so much!

Concierge is a level of service. Here is the information that's posted on the member website:

Kilimanjaro Club Concierge accommodations include the following Kilimanjaro Club Level Services:

* Advanced Walt Disney World itinerary planning service
* Personalized front desk and Concierge service
* Daily housekeeping service and evening turndown with chocolates
* Secured key access to 6th floor and Club Level lounge
* Weekday newspaper delivery of USA Today
* Assistance with special events planning and shopping
* Club Level Lounge refreshments

The point requirements are per room per night. They are not per person.
