What exactly is Guest Services/Will Call?

I just bought my tickets through the universal fan club site. They said that tickets can be picked up at the Universal Studios Guest Services/Will Call. Is that machine that scans your credit card and prints them out. Thanks.

It doesn't sound like they're referring to the machines. The Guest Services/Will Call booth at Islands is to the right of the ticket booths, near the bathrooms. The Guest Services/Will Call booth at the Studios is between the ticket booths on the left and the bathrooms on the right. It's behind the big fountain near the entrance.
