What exactly is Disney Quest

DH and I will be going to WDW in 5 months (NO KIDS)..is Disney Quest something we would enjoy or is mainly for kids..I don't even really know what it is..

My DH and I went about 3 years ago - we were about 32 years old at the time, and we loved it! We did get through it pretty quickly, it wasn't very busy. But we went to eat at the House of Blues before we went and we really enjoyed the night.
