Basically you plan the entire wedding day in one sitting, from the time you leave the hotel to your getaway at the end of the night. You hash out all the detailsattendants names, song titles, where you want the head table, what kind of napkin folds you want, etc.with your planner except floral. If you're using the Disney Florist, a representative comes in and shows you flower choices and linens and looks at your inspiration pictures. At the end of the session you get to taste cake flavors and filling flavors. (If you want to try specific flavors, tell them in advance.)
If you want a menu-tasting, that's a separate thing to ask for, but it can be scheduled on the same day.
If you don't know all these details at that point, it's OK. They can be added later. But it's a great chance to meet in person and really knock a lot off the To Do list.
