What everyone doing Labor Day weekend?

My only day off for the weekend is today. We are going to finish painting our house (only one side left) ~ not exactly my favorite way to spend a holiday weekend but it looks so pretty and we didn't have to hire anyone to do it!

On a side note: if anyone is considering painting their house, I highly recommend Behr Premium Plus Ultra Satin. That stuff is amazing!

Trying to enjoy the last bit of great weather this weekend after a summer of YUCK weather! Cookouts, beach, happy hours with raw bars..maybe a little gardening, a nice walk, anything and everything outside.

Today I'm moving my daughter - who will start her senior year tomorrow!! - back to college. She has a really long summer break. She's three hours away so that will be a 6 hour round trip drive for me today - no fun!!

Tomorrow I'm going to recover and start the cleaning up after the move process. Can't wait to have my house back to normal!!
