What entrees are included for Fantasmic and WOC packages?

I'm curious as to what, if any, entrees are excluded for the fantastic and WOC dining packages?

At some point I want to eat at each TS restaurant, from Blue Bayou to Ariel's grotto so I'm pretty much asking for all of them... or which ones would be the best bang for the buck.

Looking at the menus, we'll probably go to Blue Bayou at least twice during our week stay.

Shame they don't have the desert party any more, sounds like that would have been good
