What else can MS do?

I'm just curious as to what other things MS can do for DVC members? I noticed that they can get airlines, rental cars and even PS for dining. Can they also get tickets for events like MVMCP? Can they look up rates for AP holders on cash reservations?

Kind of OT, but when I call MS daily for our trip in December, do I have to tell them my room preferences every day I call? My 1st time ever calling MS was Friday for 1 night and I asked for non-smoking (medical) and non handicap access. On Monday when I call again do I have to ask for them again? I assume it should be noted under the reservation number, but I just want to be sure.

No you don't have to repeat your requests each day. All the CM is doing is adding a day to your original reservation until you reach the final check out day. Then the CM releases the confirmation letter. When I call day by day, I do confirm my requests on the last day of calling. The original requests have always been there!

if they can't do it - they are very happy to give you a phone number where it can be done and at times transfer you - this is not sometimes all the MS can do (tranfer your call).

on exchanges - if you know that you want something different from WDW but aren't sure what - they can be helpful.
