My preferred nickname (Jerm) was taken. So I decided to use a name that I performed under. I haven't used that name in years, but in 2008 plenty of people knew me as J.T.

When I was working, one of my employees was from Indonesia and he would always teach us words and phrases. One day, I asked him what the word for my name was, which is, Dawn, and he told me there wasn't one. So, I told him a lot of people call me sunshine or sunrise, and asked him what that would be. He said, Mata Hari. I laughed, and asked him if he knew who she was.... He didn't... That was fun to try and explain. I see him on the rare occasion and I am also Facebook friends with his wife. They always call me Mata Hari, never Dawn. 22 is my favorite number.

Mine is my cat Morgan (my avatar picture) who was born in 1998. She died last year at the age of 17, but I think of it as a nice memory of her. She was with me from when I was 28 until I was 45. We lived through a lot together!
