OK I borrowed this from the CB, but it does sound like fun....

I know you love em, but what does your partner do that drives you absolutely NUTS?

For me, its a shopping issue. I will have a craving for something stupid. Last week it was fried Bologna sandwiches. I bought a small package of Bologna, had my sandwiches, craving over! But NOOOO! Shrek comes home with 2 lbs of bologna today! I asked "What is that for?" and his reply is always the same...."Well you bought some last week and you ate it all...."

"It was a craving, I ate it, craving over, now what am I supposed to do with all of this stuff?" :confused3

This happens all the time....Those yucky orange circus peanuts, Hostess Ho Ho's, Ramon noodles! UGH! Our cupboards are full of disgusting food that I had a craving for weeks or months ago!

So what does your partner (God love em) do that makes you go crazy?

:lmao:

That's funny!

:scratchin

Something Scott does that drives me crazy?

:scratchin

Nope, can't think of anything.

He's perfect!

:yay:

You are more than welcome to post at night, after your partner has gone to bed! :rolleyes1

Oh and does Wally's Paul have a screen name over here?:rotfl2:

I'd post the same thing.

Scott's awesome!:woohoo:

Two things...

Leaving cabinet doors open in the kitchen or bathroom.
Not wiping down the bathroom sink after brushing his teeth.

That just cracked me up, O'Mike! :rotfl2:

Honestly? There really isn't anything she does that drives me 'nuts.' :guilty:

Gosh, where to begin....

I believe that no one is perfect, least of all myself AND my partner. :)

I love him to death. I really do. But I spend the majority of my time walking around picking up his stuff! If I don't clean, it won't get done. If I don't do laundry, it won't get done. I know that I'm one of those anal retentive perfectionist, but sheesh.....he could at least put forth some effort.

Then again, I'd probably follow him around and redo everything the CORRECT way....

:rolleyes1

25 years..I'm entitled to a complaint now and again:
:lmao:

James is a procrastinator, while I am a "get it all done" so I can relax kinda girl.

Doesn't always mesh...

DH irritates DS. Then the two of them argue and shout at each other and it goes round and round. DS has ADD, and a lot of his behaviors are a direct result of it. DH criticizes him for things DS can't help, DS gets defensive, and it's off to the races.

I don't know if this happens when I am not home. I suspect it does, but to a far less degree. They are especially fond of fighting the VERY MINUTE I walk in the door from work. Last week that resulted in ME getting into the shouting, specifically I shouted "SHUT UP! Both of you just SHUT UP!" Then DH says "Why are you mad at me?" :sad2:

This is fun to read! So interesting to me to see what we all can tolerate :)!

My DH drives me crazy with his "garabage" obsession. He needs to make sure everything that enters the garbage is compacted as small as possible to maximize space - it is sooooooooooooooo freakin' odd!!! We have actually got in fights over "why I didn't crush the milk carton".

Crazy I tell ya!!!!!!

Planning. Constantly planning. Not a good thing when you're married to someone impulsive. Also he's a big homebody, and I get restless very quickly.

Come to think of it we are polar opposites:headache:

This relationship would be a huge mistake if it weren't for good communication, and the fact that neither of us does the yelling thing.

Oh! Oh! Oh! I thought of something!!! She talks very softly and I seem to be forever saying, what? That drives me batty.

Now, if you were to ask her this question, the thread would be pages long!

DBF has absolutely no financial sense...none.

I used to compulsively check online credit card balances and my bank account. Now once a day usually does it, but he is completely clueless. case and point:

he has his own checking account, but of course didn't pay attention to the pin when it came and he forever reason won't call to order another one.

I decided we need a joint account so we got new debit cards with a joint account. He gets pin number but doesn't bother to memorize it(he doesn't even TRY)

So he gets up at 2am to drive to chicago which is 6 hrs away. I was awaken multiple times because he needed cash for tolls and had run out. First I thought I knew his pin and it didn't work. He calls me back and I can't find his pin paper, so I call him back when I find it(this is at 5am mind you) and give him the pin. I go to sleep and he calls me back because the pin didn't work. I said it's probably locked out, so then he starts crying thinking he is gonna miss his big appointment. I said don't cry, call the number on your card and get the attempts reset. He finally did and was able to get money.

Then he thought he was lost in chicago because he has no sense of direction. So it's now 6am and I'm pulling out my laptop in bed to find out where he is and where he's going. He was 7 miles from his exit.
:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: what a night!

so yeah, he's not too good with the financial stuff. He doesn't even check his account on payday to see how much he got paid! What on earth will he do when he's in Italy?

"I cant be out of money, I still have checks!" :lmao:

I think my partner may have a secret identity on here...
I leave cabinets open and don't wipe the sink after brushing....
Hmmm...

I don't know as far as things that drive me crazy... I think that we kinda have strengths where the other is weak... and vice versa. Like, He's good at making Money and I rock at spending it...

Oh and I remembered one and it's the big one..... He can eat what ever he wants and NOT gain weight......

Paul thinks I'm flawless - thanks. :)
I use fear as a motivator. :flower3:
