What does your Ipod say about you?

I'm learning a lot about my music choices from my Ipod! The Monkees are my favorite band (141 songs), and some people think that is weird enough, but I have several songs by groups whose fan base might be limited (esp. older groups):
Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass
10CC
Partridge Family
Mott the Hoople
Louis Prima
John Denver
KC and the Sunshine Band

Of course I also have tunes by Jimmy Buffett (20--he's his own genre ) and the Beatles, but I have discovered I have a fondness for instrumentals (44!) and the 70s are my favorite decade (237 songs so far). I also have a misc. & showtunes category that has a big mix.
So what does your Ipod or other MP3 player say about you?

Well I have a lot of Weezer on mine. That's probably what I have the most of.
I also have a lot of Ben Folds, Beck, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, The White Stripes, and a little bit of The Cure, Pavement, Cake, The Killers, The Strokes, The Shins, Built to Spill. That's all I can think of right now.

I'm sure mine says that I'm schizophrenic! I have THE weirdest mix of music on mine - everything from Broadway tunes, to Dave Matthews to AC/DC. Ah well, I'm a product of the 70's and 80's.

Mine says that my husband likes to mess with it and put stupid stuff on there. It says I have kids so I often break into "Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes" by The Wiggles or Banana Phone. Mine says that I love all sorts of music. It also says that I can't figure out how to organize the damn thing for the life of me.

Mine says that I would become a stalker to Bryan Adams if I ever hit the lotto! I also have alot of The Cult on there, I find it is great running /walking music, but I must admit I have some stuff that people have probably not remember and I barely do..........remember The Ohio Express, Mott the Hoople? Brownsville Station? I think at times I like to remember my childhood!

What??!! Your favorite group is the Monkeys? You know they didn't play their own music, right? LOL, I'm just teasing you because you said something on another thread about hating it when people say that stuff to you.

I don't have an IPOD but I do have an MP3 player. I guess it would say I like a wide variety of music. It's not odd to have an Ella Fitzgerald song followed by Jon Bon Jovi followed by Sonic Flood followed by Newsboys.

Someone said schizophrenic about their iPod playlist. I prefer eclectic

I have everything from P.O.D to System of a Down, to the Muppets doing 'Mahna Mahna" (do do dododo) Makes for some very interesting segueways.

I have a lot of Guster, Cranberries, Jimmy Buffet, Great Big Sea, and lots of other random stuff as well.

I'm currently building up my 80's playlist.

Ellla to many to list (Basin Street,Cowboy Boggie, frim fram and Ain't nobody bussines but my own are favs) I think she has the greatest voice ever but her ability to sing with others amazes me even more.

Louis Jordan(TO TO many to list("Louisville Lodge Meeting" and just about everything else he ever did are my favorites)

Mills brothers (To many of them also "Old folks at home" fav)

Elvis Costello and Bob Dylan Probably their entire works, some stuff the don't even know they sang or wrote!
