I can understand the cost factor, but I can't understand why valued customers are treated like cattle and herded into standing room only buses after waiting in long lines for the bus? How about a light rail system like the ones at the airports?

Have you observed that valued customers are treated like cattle and herded into standing room only monorail trains?

CMs who will watch the parade cutters and move them out ASAP. Maybe that would stop that nonsense.

This is a role for security, not parade marshals. Can security be summoned by individual guests via a cell phone call?

Why should I as the guest try to contact security? The parade marshalls could contact security as they observe the problems. However, CMs are CMs, whatever their job. Just take care of the people who butt into other people. Maybe just a little more observance on the part of the Disney folks. This is a known problem.
