What does turndown service at CCI entail?

Just curious - it doesn't really matter, I suppose. I just wondered what they did. Leave a chocolate on your pillow? Felt like it was too silly of question to call CCI about but knew some other Disney obsessed planner might be interested or would understand. :rotfl2:
